Here’s What Our Clients Have To Say About Us
We clean and maintain
How We Do It
Although we use a variety of approaches for different types of flooring, most of our cleaning processes rely on some or all of these core elements:
1. DETERGENT is applied as a pre-spray to break down embedded soils
2. WATER PRESSURE dislodges dirt and buildup
3. HEAT boosts cleaning effectiveness
4. VACUUM removes soil, detergent, and moisture from the surface

Let’s Talk About Your Floors
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we stand behind our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll work to make it right.
How often should I have my floors professionally cleaned?
Cleaning frequency depends on traffic levels and the type of flooring. We can recommend a maintenance schedule based on your needs.
Can you remove stains, buildup, or discoloration?
We’re often able to remove stains, buildup, and discoloration, but not all issues are fully reversible. Cleaning improves appearance, but it cannot repair permanent damage or wear.
Which types of flooring do you clean?
We clean and maintain tile & grout, hardwood floors, carpet, vinyl plank (LVP/LVT), stone, concrete, terrazzo, vinyl composite tile (VCT), and outdoor surfaces.
Our services include professional tile and grout cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, stone polishing, and more.
How long does it take for floors to dry after cleaning?
Carpet typically takes 6–8+ hours to dry, depending on airflow and humidity. Hard surface floors are usually dry within an hour.
Will this damage my floors?
When done correctly, professional cleaning is designed to protect and extend the life of your floors. We use the appropriate methods and products for each surface to produce the best possible results.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
We’ll coordinate with your team in advance. Small items should be cleared where possible, and we’ll work around larger or fixed equipment as needed.
What types of facilities do you work in?
We regularly service hotels, offices, country clubs, schools, medical facilities, condominium complexes, and retail spaces throughout the Charleston area.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Greater Charleston area, including Mount Pleasant, Summerville, North Charleston, and the surrounding Sea Islands, including Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Kiawah, and Seabrook.
Can you work around our hours of operation?
Yes. Most commercial work is scheduled after hours or during low-traffic periods to minimize disruption.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance programs?
Yes. Many clients schedule recurring service to maintain appearance and extend the life of their flooring. We can build a plan based on your facility and traffic levels.
How much does floor cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the type of flooring, condition, access, and square footage. We’re happy to review your space and provide a quote.
