How often should I have my floors professionally cleaned?
Most homes benefit from professional cleaning every 6–12 months. High-traffic areas, pets, or kids may require more frequent cleaning, while lower-use spaces can go longer. We’re happy to make a recommendation based on your floors and how they’re used.
Can you remove stains, buildup, or discoloration?
We’re often able to remove stains, buildup, and discoloration, but not all issues are fully reversible. Cleaning improves appearance, but it cannot repair permanent damage or wear.
Which types of flooring do you clean?
We clean and restore tile & grout, hardwood floors, carpet, vinyl plank (LVP/LVT), stone, concrete, terrazzo, vinyl composite tile (VCT), and outdoor surfaces.

How long does it take for floors to dry after cleaning?
Carpet typically takes 6–8+ hours to dry, depending on airflow and humidity. Hard surface floors are usually dry within an hour or less.
Will this damage my floors?
When done correctly, professional cleaning is designed to protect and extend the life of your floors. We use the appropriate methods and products for each surface to produce the best possible results.
Do I need to move furniture before you arrive?
Please remove small items and personal belongings before we arrive. We’ll move light, movable furniture as needed. Large or delicate pieces (beds, sofas, etc.) will generally remain in place.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Greater Charleston area, including Mount Pleasant, Summerville, North Charleston, and the surrounding Sea Islands, including Isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island, Kiawah, and Seabrook.
What are your hours of operation?
Residential service is typically scheduled during the workday, with exceptions available when needed.
How much does floor cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the type of flooring and the size of the area. Carpet and bathrooms are typically priced per room, while larger hard surface areas are priced by square footage. We’re happy to provide a quick estimate.
