How We Do It

Although we use a variety of approaches for different types of flooring, our cleaning method generally consists of these elements:

1. DETERGENT is first applied to the floor. This loosens soils so that they can be washed away in following steps.

2. WATER PRESSURE  dislodges dirt that has been loosened by detergents. We also machine-scrub with brushes and pads when necessary.

3. HEAT turbo-charges the previous two steps, activating detergent and boosting the cleaning power of our high-pressure rinse.

4. VACUUM:  a powerful vacuum system recovers the dirt, detergent, and hot water, leaving your floors clean and refreshed.

  • How does Hot Water Extraction work?

    With our HWE method, technicians first apply cleaning solution to the floors, loosening soils and bringing them to the surface. We then use high-pressure machines that bombard the floor surface with hot water, rinsing away the solution along with dirt and stains. A powerful vacuum system then extracts the fluids, leaving the floors clean and refreshed.

  • How often should I have my floors cleaned?

    We typically Hot Water Extract (deep clean) our clients’ tile & grout floors every 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on traffic.


    Carpet is HWE at 3, 6, or 12-month intervals, with maintenance Low Moisture cleaning every 2-6 weeks in the meantime.

  • Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?

    Yes, we offer eco-friendly cleaning options using non-toxic, environmentally friendly cleaning products.

  • Do you provide a satisfaction guarantee?
